Use of one 6 person, 14ft motor boat, including one full tank of petrol (between Easter and the end of October).

Electricity and heating oil.

Use of all linens and towels.

Wireless Broadband Internet Access.

Sky+ High Definition Satellite TV service with Full Movies and Sports.

Cutlery and crockery.

Water supply and waste water disposal.

House cleaning on departure.

All linens and towels professionally laundered and changed on departure.

Lawns and garden maintenance.

Pool and spa cleaning and maintenance.

No Smoking is allowed inside the house. There are, however, outside covered areas for smokers

 

Optional Extras

 

Pets will be considered on application at £50 each per reservation.

Additional motor boat rental between Easter and the end of October at £100 per boat per day or £400 per boat per week.

Car rental or Newquay Airport, Truro and Falmouth Station limousine pick-up

Private Catering.

Extra cleaning and daily maid services

Push chair, high-chair and play-pen rental.

Use of the adjacent hotel’s golf course and tennis courts.

Please note: The weekend and mid-week rates shown above are set and are not related to length of stay or numbers of guests staying.

 

Payment

 

The reservation deposit is 35% of the rental rate and the balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of the rental.

The £500 security deposit is payable with the balance and is refundable within 14 days of the end of rental, subject to inspection.

Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron credit/debit cards or by bank transfer.

There are no surcharges for payment with these credit or debit cards
